Remove Friction

Remove Friction.

This sounds easier than it appears. However, setting yourself up for success is key to a job landed.

There is much work to be done in the back end to remove friction on the front end. It will be worth it.

-Have a polished resume ready to send out to job openings and recruiters.

-Keep your linked in up to the minute and polished.

-Have work experience by building out a developer org, portfolio or working on a project to talk about at job interviews.

-Earn an industry certificate but chipping away at it daily.

Push your way to the top of the mountain and it will be an easier ascent on the other side.
