**Update** I am beyond excited to officially report that I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator as of December 21, 2024 **********************************************************************************************` Hello, my name is Ken Wilson. I have successfully transitioned from the distribution and logistics field in the aviation aerospace industry to the Salesforce ecosystem. To gauge my interest in this line of work, I completed numerous modules, trailmixes, a superbadge, and earned the associate certification. Thankfully, I landed a position in Application Implementation and Product Training for AvSight Aviation Software, which is built on the Salesforce platform. In this role, I lead new customers through a 12 to 16-week onboarding process that begins with business process and data discovery calls to gain a better understanding of their business and the data we will be migrating. I also conduct a series of sessions covering our Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes. During these training sessions, we validate data to ensure its accuracy and completeness. After two years in Application Implementation and Product Training, I transitioned to the Customer Case Support team, where I assist Inservice customers by researching and providing solutions to their concerns. While I was fortunate to secure a role without certification, I am now working towards obtaining certification.
